Step 1. Place all the grey plastic end caps in place.

 
Step 2. Bolt the flat Brackets using the long button head bolts and locking nuts to the box section.

 
Step 3. Bolt the wheel Arm to the Bracket ising the short bolts, tighten top and bottom nuts and bolts to a point where the Arm can just be turned with hand force on the Bracket.

Step 4. Screw tight the Ball pin though the 50 x 25mm box section.
 
The six holes on each Bracket are for size adjustment of the wheel height, small, medium or large from the ground, adjustment should only be necessary at the initial set up.
